I haven't logged in for a couple years so I can only sort of answer.

It's still Warframe, just with more stuff. So if you want to get back into that then sure...

But you might not be worse off just starting from scratch, which will be easier and give you a taste of what it's like now.

I was initially very excited about this based on early reveals, art, and design diaries.

But my experience with Xia's swingy balance and overly-long gameplay, then seeing that Arydia had dice, gave me enough pause that gave it a pass.

Now I wonder if I was too hasty in my judgment.

You could always do what I did and give up music completely for podcasts.

Now I have silly fake friends blathering in my ears all the time. When I don't want to think my own thoughts anymore I can think theirs :)

And I only have to give money directly to the ones I know are good.

If vice is your value, then it's still "virtue" signaling.

Letting other mean people know that you're also a jerk is the same as letting other nice people know you're in their camp.

But actions aren't just signals, they have real-world effects.

Being an a**hole isn't a signal, it's a behavior.

Regardless of anything else here - anyone who calls a McDonald's ad a "film" can't be taken seriously.

Finally played something I've been wanting to get to the table for years - my shelf of opportunity decrements for once.

We all enjoyed it.

I'm only just into the second act, and the writing is really great.

But I'm struggling to understand the overall praise, because the gameplay is so far underwhelming. It feels like it would be more interesting as an animated show than an interactive experience.

Does the game part get better?

I guess I need to get this back to the table.

I love Gùgōng - do you have the expansion?

I had to order from overseas to get it since I was late to the party and didn't have the Kickstarter edition of the base game. But it's worth getting if you're a fan.
