The Bare-Naked Ladies turned up unannounced in the NME offices and sang their new single, in our faces.

Needless to say they were never mentioned in the paper again.

Roy Keane on a podcast saying he didn't admire Shearer because he was 'nasty', and he doesn't admire nasty players.

This coming from the man who viciously ended Alf-Inge Haaland's career because he dared to tackle Keane and injure him.

He's a fucking soft shite, always has been. Hypocrite. #NUFC

Worth remembering that #nufc entered this year’s Champions League as a pot 4 team with tougher fixtures than other English clubs and are currently sat 7th. The other pot 4 sides are Galatasaray in 17th, Qarabag 18th, Monaco 21st, Athletic Club 23rd, Copenhagen 26th, Pafos 30th and Kairat 36th.

Knockout champions league football for the first time in #nufc history.

Howe has received some justified criticism this season, but much of it is overblown by fans who are simply bored by his faults - which their imagined replacement wouldn’t have (they all do).

While I understand ‘this is just how it works’, Crystal Palace losing their best player, captain, manager & the Europa League in the eight months after their greatest day is a brutal reminder that football doesn’t allow smaller clubs to be happy for long.
