I think it goes deeper than that. I'm not a physician, I don't ever want to be, nor could I be, but my experience working with them leads me to believe there is not a ton of critical thinking and a lot of following the crowd.

Sometimes, this can be of service. Human health is complex...

I don’t think it’s a stretch to far to insist you know what each part of your paper tells the reader.

Failing that, I think we have a far more serious thing to attend to than a paper on novel data
