She's still playing the politician's game of only committing as much as she thinks she has to. It's that kind of hedgey behavior that has me eager to replace her with a progressive with more spine.

Then, having gotten a taste for killing and liking it, proceeded to kill even more creatures that she felt slighted by because she was smart or emotionally related enough to care that what she was doing was horrific.
