Five years on: stuck. New post on my Brexit & Beyond Blog on how the latest news (the 'wobble', PEM, AI, regulatory capacity, Trump etc.) shows there's still no post-Brexit strategy & perhaps none is possible - but UK is still not ready to admit it: chrisgreybrexitblog.blogspot.com/2025/01/five...

Welcome to 2025. New post on my Brexit & Beyond Blog. A look at how the year has started both quietly and noisily in terms of Brexit-related news, how that's the shape of things to come, and how to stay sane: chrisgreybrexitblog.blogspot.com/2025/01/welc...

Where is post-Brexit Britain? New post on my Brexit & Beyond Blog. Recent Brexit news looks like a ragbag, but that shapelessness is significant, as it reflects drift and ambiguity in the government's policy and strategy for post-Brexit Britain: chrisgreybrexitblog.blogspot.com/2024/12/wher...

Post-Brexit Britain’s Trump problem goes much deeper than trade tariffs. New post on my Brexit & Beyond Blog. The discussion of how the UK might respond to Trump's tariffs is already confused, and anyway misses the bigger challenge they betoken:
