I already did so; it is the last item mentioned in the quoted post. for free I will also answer your earlier question: every person on the antisemitism list or the “what if likud but worse” list is there because they posted something grossly antisemitic or anti-palestinian or anti-muslim.
ok I actually feel compelled to respond to this one. trekbek was a psychopath who got permabanned for harassment and other abuse. that list is people who participated in the insane dogpile that got him banned or have interacted with his alts since.

most built-in buildings used a model that looked more or less like the underlying art minus some detail; the Building Architect Tool for 3D modelling custom buildings just used a single axis-aligned bounding prism and made it difficult to create your own (did users have to reverse engineer it?)

in the case of SimCity, it’s more 3D than most typical “2D” games in a 3D engine; the buildings and terrain etc. are positioned in 3D space, with building models that are LOD’d/billboarded for each camera axis

* doesn’t have the license, because there are apparently some machines that include the HEVC IP but the manufacturer won’t pay the license for you to actually use it

HEVC you can buy as a software codec if your hardware doesn’t have the IP, but it costs money and is a separate SKU in the store
