I use this recipe, with added lentils. It’s terrific, everyone I made it for loves it. Because I have wonderful Meyer lemons on hand (not bitter or sour, very soft skin), I just chop the lemons into the soup instead of merely using the juice.

I only discovered him today! He was born in Rosario (Argentina), though he spent much of his adult life in Italy. His work is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Here’s one more ceramic - Pear & Banana!
