This DHS memorandum says that the DHS General Counsel's office has adopted a new position that the Fourth Amendment allows entry into the home to make an arrest just based on an administrative warrant.

I honestly don't know. The order to use force in Greenland would be, on its face, illegal, even if some MAGA DOJ stooge writes an opinion blessing it, and it would require Americans to shoot at people they've trained and served with. The whole business is utterly insane.
