Qirqisānī reports about the Qaraite scholar Qūmisī (9th c.) having his folks change copies of his books when his views changed:

Stop doomscrolling and post two characters who bring you happiness.
Currently compiling a glossary for a short Arabic text translated from Syriac. Although they can be crucial research instruments, glossaries are often missing from eds. Probably because it takes so much time to compile them. I needed 2 hours for those 5 lines of Arabic text.
