Me too.

Try calling them when their shipping carrier loses your replacement phone and they inform you they are going to charge you for not sending them the phone you are replacing.

Then let the circus begin.

The RI Energy President now plays the victim.

The AG called him out and won’t meet with him.

RI Energy is willing to do everything it can, he says.

Ok. Pay the 39 million you owe and left out of your “credit relief” plan.

And stop gaslighting the public.

Pun intended.

And the PUC started asking some tough questions about their “credit relief” plan based on what our expert told them.

So what did RI Energy do?

They didn’t try to convince the PUC they were right.

They said never mind.

Which tells you everything you need to know about their “credit relief” plan 👇

That’s what the expert we hired found - and that’s what we told the PUC - the Public Utilities Commission.

Now the President of RI Energy got mad b/c my team called him out - and accused me of “playing politics” - whatever the heck that means. 👇

So, in anticipation of that increase, and the pain it will cause, RI Energy comes up with this plan to advance credits RI’ers are entitled to already to provide “relief”.

So far so good.

But here’s the problem - their advanced credits plan shortchanges RI’ers by 39 million dollars! 👇

Those distribution profits have been held in check through the work of my Office for the past three years as a condition of RI Energy buying our utility.

But that’s about to change - THIS YEAR. Keep that in mind because undoubtedly RI Energy is going to be looking for an increase from the PUC. 👇
