Ok - I am now convinced that Apple Care is a complete waste of money and that despite the very well-meaning people who answer the phones, there is no worse customer support for a major company in the US.

If you are a RI’er and have had consumer issues with Apple, please call/email my Office.

Hmmm …… filed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Irregardless, we having been waiting for this, and will be evaluating this proposal, and this company, very closely.

We’ll be there to advocate for Rhode Islanders as this company attempts to advance this proposal before the PUC.

Honestly, it’s all so predictable.

Candidates take out vacuum cleaner to raise money from everywhere.

Eventually a donor embarrasses them.

Then the other candidate who does exactly the same thing calls the other out.

And round and round it goes.

Ok - let’s talk electric and gas prices that are killing the budgets of Rhode Island families.

Rhode Island Energy profits from those prices - don’t let them fool you on that score.

Production of energy is a pass through charge - no profit there.

Distribution of energy is where they profit. 👇

Also, note that in May, my Office brought a consumer protection action against CVS Caremark and two other large Pharmacy Benefit Managers who collectively dominate that market. We allege they have misled consumers while driving up drug prices and driving independent pharmacies out of business.

I am indeed! Keith was an important actor and adviser every step of the way. No problem was too tough for him and the teams he led. He got things done for me, and he’ll get things done as our next AG.

The fight is in the courtroom.

That’s why Democratic AGs matter.

We fight.

Our SNAP lawsuit seeks an immediate temporary restraining order to require the SNAP funds to flow. If we achieve that - and I believe we will - this emergency will be over before it starts.
