It's looked tired on my last couple of visits, but given gardens seem to be increasingly popular and the cracking steam railway, it's a real shame. Perhaps location trumps everything, and the south-west is too seasonal. Hestercombe Gardens near Taunton recently shut suddenly as well.

In all seriousness, this is an appalling way to make policy. A small group of people rushing through decisions they can’t possibly have thought through, just to make the numbers on a spreadsheet add up

Are your doors a (modern) standard size so Howdens etc all are an option, Vs the specialist kitchen door companies?
