Finally getting around to playing Blasphemous 2 and been really loving it but also kind of strangely disappointed when it comes to the cutscenes. They feel more toned down and animated compared to the first game. The first game cutscenes felt fluid and connected with the gameplay.

My only criticism about this movie is that I didn't expect it would make me break down and cry so hard.

I've been really uninspired as of late on a creative level and I honestly think that's fine. I just want to chill, play games, and cook delicious food. Embrace doing things I want to do instead of forcing myself to create for the sake of staying relevant or feeling some kind of connection.

I like to think The Substance takes place in the Nutty Professor universe. Like, Professor Klump knowing about the implications of his serum because of what happened to him with Buddy Love, but continuing to test it on other people is an interesting and rather horrifying concept to me.
