We keep a bunch of different ones in rotation but always have one of these and a Tabasco in the fridge. The green El Yucateco is the perfect balance of flavour and heat for most anything, but to use anything but Tabasco on eggs is some kind of blasphemy.

Today i learned that Arthur “The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown” Brown used to be in The Foundations.
Before Arthur Brown started the group, he was a member of numerous bands, including his first, Blues and Brown, from 1965 to 1966. In 1966, he would join The Ramong Sound, who would later change their name to The Foundations. The Foundations would later become successful with songs such as "Baby, Now That I've Found You" and "Build Me Up Buttercup". However, by then, Arthur had left the group to form his own. The Crazy World of Arthur Brown was formed in 1967,

Last night was a great way to wrap up our summer of shows. Legit legend of Chicago live music scene Thax Douglas showed up and introduced each of the bands with a poem. Today I ache.
