Porsche rules out Penske-run privateer 963s for WEC 2026
Porsche has closed the door on Penske running private or customer 963s in WEC next year, according to motorsport boss Thomas Laudenbach.

May have more on this later on @onlyendurance.com (depends on a few different variables all coming together) but don't bank on Penske being able to run a private 963 without Porsche's factory backing

I think I've fixed it - actually turned out to be a small CSS media query which made something work on desktop, but not mobile.

Interesting thought! I guess, though, that coming second to a Ferrari which will surely be BoP'd back next year is on the whole a good thing? Maybe?

My feeling on this, based on nothing at all, is I can't believe Porsche would forgo the chance to enter Le Mans when they have a chance of winning overall.
Makes sense for everyone to have two full seasons customer entries. Especially if it doesn't cost Porsche much (at all).
