On the one hand Thomas Lukaszuk was wise to file this only as a policy petition and not a referendum petition—having signed up only 13.6% of eligible voters, it would have failed on the referendum track. The downside is that as a policy and not a referendum petition, the UCP could easily kill this.

So many of my patients qualified for free COVID-19 vaccines this fall. It made them happy as they worked extra hard to book vaccinations online.

Most couldn’t access 811 due to lack of access.

Raise your hand if you knew that MLAs had the ability to pull voter records to use to smear people like this. Even we did not know this was possible.
Dale Nally's recall petitioner says he doesn't listen to constituents and cites his concerns over the notwithstanding clause.

Nally responds by saying the petitioner doesn't vote and works as a proxy for a group weaponizing the recall act and the petition has no merit.
