we just watched the song OK Go recorded during COVID lockdown and they're all in their own houses, then all go out at 8 pm to listen to all of LA honk and yell thank you for healthcare workers and my kid asked what was going on. Can't answer, crying.

boy I’m glad I saved this to my Paprika app since the page seems to have been taken down and replaced by a video 💀

we also found that premixing the milk and syrup makes it easier for a crowd, then you just pour in the seltzer before you serve

I have extensive instructions on spatchcocking a bird (and why) in COLOR TASTE TEXTURE!

(also highly recommend getting poultry shears)
I’m an Autistic classically trained chef and I wrote a food aversion acceptance cookbook and guide titled COLOR TASTE TEXTURE, that’s all about finding out what works for specific sensory needs and how to customize food for them. It’s useful for all ages, no cooking experience necessary.
Color Taste Texture by Matthew Broberg-Moffitt: 9780593538593 | PenguinRandomHouse.com: Books
An accessible family cookbook that offers solutions rather than tricks to empower the food-averse, autistic, and picky eater, with 46 recipes. This much-needed cookbook combines tips and techniques.....

I've had it at a farmers market and it's good but strong herbal flavor, is definitely get sick of it. But I did enjoy the lavender a lot for a special treat!

I once watched a doc about a family of extreme couponers who spent super little on food and one of the things they did was buy post thanksgiving sale turkeys to eat throughout the year. If I had the freezer space and time to break them down I would do it!
