I've been tracking symptoms since recovering from a PE in March is taking longer than I expected (I thought weeks; months to a year more likely). Anyway, the constellation of symptoms feels overwhelming, but this helps to put it in perspective.

This was getting out of hand. I reiterated the goals and immediate priorities. It should be scaffolding, but it looks like it’s searching the web for not great advice.
