You need to re-read what Hurb said.
That's kind of a theme with you; you misread something and then you respond as if someone said something that they didn't. In this case Hurb was being hyperbolic, positing that, based solely on your comments, you might need those reminders.

I never had to use or see it before they fired me, but Grammarly was integrated into their email and CRM, and based on reports from a friend still working there the responses are auto-generated for review based on the incoming email, but are usually deleted and rewritten entirely.

I used to be work as a trainer for a company whose main need was in business communications training, but was then let go when the company went all-in on Grammarly.
Now, they have both software AND service reps who can't write business emails.
