Some days it's a good day to die, but sometimes it's a good day to have breakfast. So, I made breakfast, and I hope you do too.
I made some soy chorizo and mung bean scramble tacos, and they're ugly but delicious. And, of course I was up first thing making corn tortillas, because I'm worth it.
