Leader of an org where anyone can make any decision (Lunar Logic).
Doing anything that no one else wants to do.
A mouthful on product development, org design, lean/agile, IT in general.
Sadly, it doesn't even matter "what looks good."
What matters is "what makes people pause doomscrolling" or "what makes people click."

That's where ad revenue comes from.

It's like sugar. We know too much of it is unhealthy, but our bodies still want it.

Our clients always know what they want.
Until they get it.
Then they know they wanted something different.

Always true.

It's either the front row if I'm committed to stay throughout the session or the back row/closest to the exit if I want to keep an option of leaving (and I want as little hassle with it as possible).

And nothing in between.

Oh, call centers had that 2 or 3 decades ago. The question is, how healthy is such an environment, and how frequently will people consciously choose such a setup?

And it's not that I have an answer. Maybe it will be a new norm.

Video calls are:
a) still considered more private, e.g., people often move to separate rooms
b) not nearly as frequent as trips to AI

For software developers, during "coding," interaction with AI is semi-continuous. Video calls? Not so.
