I mostly disagree with this assessment. the photography makes him look a little uncanny, but the makeup (yeah even the overworked Klingons) and costuming is top notch imo

I always wondered if that's water damage on the "target acquisition" button

it's also inconsistent, the color of people's uniforms or skin tones will change from shot to shot

funnily, Generations on Blu-ray suffered from similar issues (an overall green hue) but they fixed it for 4K. for FC they added a distracting blue tone. so it's like they fixed one movie and ruined another 🤷‍♂️

I've seen some fairly insensitive but maybe not baseless commentary about how little seemed to move around in season 3, so yeah glad he could give us one final performance as Picard. I'll miss the character but ST:P was a bonus round, for better or for worse

and also, he got another meaningful send off in "Unification 3"

at least we have a nice little package of three films, the last one honoring Nimoy's legacy and giving his version of the character a meaningful conclusion
