I've been racking my brain for my own answer. If push came to shove, I think it'd be this one by my thesis advisor Richard W. Miller. Miller penned difficult prose, and the paper is a review paper (of Scanlon's What We Owe). So I don't think many have read it. www.jstor.org/stable/23559...

Totally get it. Since January I've exclusively used the Aeropress because I got sort of obsessed with the ability to make fine tweaks to get taste exactly right, but that means it's a whole thing in the morning when I'm bleary eyed and need coffee to to feed kid, feed dogs, make kid lunch, etc.

we have several le creuset items but the one I used the most is the french press, since it can go in the dishwasher without fear of any glass breaking.
