Yes, George has been dealt a difficult hand - some self-inflicted.
Yes, he is his own worst enemy.
And, yes, he needs professional help.
And, no, he won’t get it until a crisis (or too late).
And, yes, he is spiralling and is a danger to himself and others.
Not sure where that leaves us?

OBR Chief resigns after leak of budget.
Mixed feelings about this. On one hand it is good to see a CEO take responsibility for a serious error. On the other, there is at least one person in the OBR feeling guilty now about the Chief taking the hit for their error.

Recently there's been a coordinated effort by some to talk down London, because it suits their political agenda. The truth must hurt for them - because London has once again been crowned the greatest city in the world.

If, like me, you love London, then my message is this:

More talk about a potential leadership challenge to Starmer.
In principle a change could revitalise Labour and help reconnect with voters. Problem is, I can’t see a suitable contender able to do this - certainly not Wes Streeting.

Personally getting tired of the George SL. Wish they would get on and either have him break licence and return to prison or have a miraculous redemption.
If it is going to be slow (whether decline or redemption), then find a way to park it for a while. EG. Move elsewhere for work.

Halftime and Blues deservedly lead 2-0.
2nd goal just before halftime with good play. Stansfield's tenacity wins ball. Lays it off to Dusksch and then makes a good run into box to take return pass. Passes ball across the box for Gray to slickly score.
More of the same please.

HMRC potentially breaking privacy rules.
Putting aside which tax and benefit rules I do or don't agree with, I have generally found HMRC to be incompetent and not fit for purpose.
(I suspect understaffed and poor IT systems.)

Curious: In GB for voters who broadly think of themselves as Labour, Lib Dem or Green supporters would you be willing to vote Tory to stop Reform winning in your constituency? Would it depend upon the specific candidate?

Amber is starting to understand what George is like. She appreciates his family more than he does. Meanwhile George thinks that she should be willing to give up everything to follow him on a whim.
She also recognises economic reality better than George.
