This a really solid pummeling, and Farage has earned every ounce of it.
Nigel Farage looks uncomfortable as Jamie Raskin uses his opening statement to absolutely demolish him

France’s President Macron stated that Elon Musk is "directly intervening in elections, including Germany" and "supporting a new reactionary international."

At least 3 other European leaders Olaf Scholz, Keir Starmer & Jonas Gahr Støre have called out Musk in last 24 hours.

RT if you want to flush them both down the toilet.

The northern extent of air mass boundary looks like being somewhere between Leeds and Newcastle (I've just discussed on a video www.youtube.com/watch?v=aliA...), but temperatures at the ground level may remain low enough in the north to sustain the snow until the cold air returns.
Heavy snow on the way - where and how much?

What didn’t kill me didn’t make me stronger.

It gave me crippling anxiety, a lot of unhealthy coping mechanisms, some really nasty nightmares, the ability to drink enough caffeine to kill a horse, and made me into a cynic who cusses way more than necessary.

New Christmas lights just went up in Clacton.

(Farage is still the MP who makes most money from second jobs. By a long way.)

Ah there's nothing like the sound of @nickferrarilbc.bsky.social talking over an MP from anyone but the tory party. Wouldn't let the poor guy finish a single sentence.

If it takes 10 years to rejoin the EU, then if we start today, we'll be back in 10 years. But if we wait a decade, it will take 20 years.

Except that it won't, because we will have had 10 more years of diverging. So it might take a quarter of a century.

Start today please. We owe it to the future.

Whatever Starmer does, he’s going to get slaughtered by the right wing media and Reform so he might as well just go for it and make the most of his majority.

Ever wondered why walking around museums is weirdly tiring? At normal speed our legs act like pendulums, swinging forward from the hip & saving us a huge amount of energy. In "museum shuffle" our muscles must do ALL the work of constant readjustment. So cake in the cafe is scientifically justified 🥳

Can we please bear this in mind in the UK when it comes to transport, energy and other infrastructure?
Sometimes the combination of arrogance and ignorance is breathtaking. Yes, US health care has high admin costs; that's because it relies so much on private insurers. Govt-run health insurance has much lower overhead

Anyone know any good weather people on here please? Seems most of them are still stuck on the other place 😒

A rare Red weather warning is now in place for West Wales, North Devon and the Bristol Channel for tomorrow with winds of >90mph possible.
