The documentary "Fire on the Bridge" was eye-opening. ST:TNG had pathetic craft service, baloney sandwiches on white bread. Cast would sometimes crib food from other productions on the Paramount lot.

Maybe they wanted to starve them because of those tight uniforms.

Substantive and snappy. I wish more of Booktube would emulate your virtues (not getting to the point is a common failing).

It's sad to reflect how the short story has fallen out of our entertainment diet, and has long been erased as a way to eke out a living!

Lovely to learn late in this column a When America Works story. I hope you produce a book about this someday. A tactical and strategic framework for creating sticky legislation.
