Interesting…So why do you think Pffs inhibit Aqp4 complex activity in striatum, but promote it in midbrain? Is there a different in Aqp4 regulation/ capacity in these areas or does it have to do with the Pff load and degree of aggregation? What happens with Pff injection into midbrain directly?

There used to be so many good papers there, but now… so …. Much …. Trash.., and what’s the point if the trash entirely obscures being able to see the last good parts? I feel like the trash stalks me too. Every time I find a way to sort past it, a few days later there is nothing but trash 😞
