One third (33.2%) of electric customers (Southwestern Electric Power Co.) are without power in Sevier County in SW AR. as of 3:54 a.m., Saturday. Freezing rain is rearing its ugly head in SW AR. In Desha County (SE AR) only 3.88% are without power. #ARWX #ARStormTeam
