As a recently naturalised immigrant who has lived in the UK for 15 years now, these announcements from Labour are absolutely heartbreaking. Scapegoating refugees and immigrants is just the most awful abandonment of moral obligation to humanity and will not fix a single thing. Absolutely devastating.
