30 years. My dad died 30 years ago today. I was 28. He was 60. I’ll be 60 soon. He never got to know his grandkids or my dogs or enjoy retirement. We never got to hang out at my house or go on fishing trip. If you have a good relationship with your parents cherish it. Cheers dad. I miss you.
