One thing I really love about the ECWCS guide is how it helps you pick out layers when you're going out into temps you're not practiced with. The temps I see on the regular I know how to dress for. But if I'm traveling, or there's a freak storm, I often guess wrong. This takes the guess work out.

I was responding to this comment claiming AVs would eliminate parking issues. You can't have it both ways. Either they park when not in use, claiming valuable parking spots, or they drive in circles, causing traffic and wasting fuel (or sure, electricity created by burning fuel).
