It was very random chat, and also a lot of silence... but no tempers were lost...

During this interlude, there was time for chat... "anyone know any jokes?" asked Belinda. Shouted questions, Kevin quipping back "sorry can't hear you I'm deaf as f*ck" which brought a huge round of laughter. A shouted question had Kevin reply "play new material? We could just stop playing..."

The power on stage went... music stopped for 15 minutes while new cables etc. put in place. Plectrums were thrown... MBV Manchester.

Something blew up... it takes too long to figure out where the link break is. So I think what they did is run all brand new cable and DI boxes for each instrument. It only took them 15 minutes, so swift. I took some footage which I need to post...

I've also never been there, the box made you think the sound wouldn't be good, but it was brilliant sound, I walked all around during Maria Somerville and sounded great from all sides. I think I must have been 7-10 rows back.

I missed you, I missed all my friends, I ran into Cath accidently she also was up front! And of course I was with a friend. We maybe should arrange an MBV pub chat ha, I have got other gigs I'm going to which will be less hectic...

Likewise, also a bit sad I missed people I know, a load of us went! The room was great. But with the toilets downstairs, you really didn't want to leave ha ha. So I went forward early, and didn't leave...
