I bet you looked and felt awesome! The dominance of the basic has not done us favours. Clothes should make us want to do a little dance. Surely garishness is better than ubiquitous monotone.

I adored my garishly coloured, strangely patterned tights! I had puce footless tights with a pattern of red roses on them, and they were awesome.

The first I went to was in Limassol, Cyprus, in 2016, and it was such a valuable experience for me professionally and personally. I made professional connections there I am still working with.

I often think that our phones have become like towels: they can be used for so many things, and if I make it around the universe with this small, easily lost rectangle, people will think: "That hoopy Sarah Sutherland is a frood who really knows where her phone is!"
