I honestly don't know if this is another case of Nintendo's monkeys paw and forcing something that doesn't fit in the game at all into a game or if people are WAY overreacting over one thing and are willing to throw away nearly a decade of hype over something mondaine.

You should never feel like you're not making progress when you have nothing to show for it yet.

I have a lot to say about this one. It's on my "games to review" list.
My take being I personally enjoyed this more than the original. Mgs1 did have a better story, but the gameplay of 2 has aged so well, along with other things in the game... For better or worse.
But yeah MGS2 rules.

'Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty' was released on the PlayStation 2 24 years ago today in the US.

I have a lot to say about this one. It's on my "games to review" list.
