I think I have got to the part of a major anxiety attack where I crash. Thank God. It's amazing how regular it is, at least now I don't compound it with bad things. One day one night and morning of utter hell followed by a crash. This part is not all that unpleasant.

Well looks like car is finally kaput. I'm feeling very stressed and anxious about things. Could really appreciate cheering up.

We have moved office and one small bonus is my walk from the station now takes me past one of my favourite bodies of water. The River Wey (and navigation). Camera to be packed tomorrow I think.

Somehow, I am just about clinging on at the moment. Huge amount of overwhelm and that has been clear with some of my frazzled posting. I don't really want to carry on like this but I don't see a way out. Too many things under resourced and decaying as I keep my head above water.

Here is a demonstration of why I like to try 'lens bingo' when it comes to LF. Right is a perfectly fine Rodenstock Sironar. Perfectly fine but left is a Ross Teleross 9 inch, roughly 1930s. It's ostensibly a bit crap but oh has it worked wonders here. Deets in the alt text. #BelieveInFilm

Getting better at drawing. At least in the frame of garden design things. I am enjoying using ink/!water bush pens.

Activities I do not recommend. Trying to extract a Rodenstock lens from a lens board and adapter for a different copal size.

Finally got around to taking some nice photos of the rental MX-5. I've not even taken any of my *own* MX-5 like this. (Nor have I driven my own car on any roads as good as the one I found today 🤷♂️)

Today has been very crappy indeed. I'm sorry if I was short with anyone. I did get a lens board for the intrepid though. I've fitted a 9in 'teleross' that I've never found a use for up to now. Second more normal lens incoming.

I shouldn't have looked at the exercise I have to do for this interview. I am *wildly* unqualified. I don't know where to start. Why did they put me through for this?

Well I now have an interview for that more senior role than the one I didn't get. The weirdness continues. I wonder if I might be the only candidate and they are desperate.

I recently saw someone who really didn't like hashtags on art at all l. I can sort of understand that and I would like to find a way to get them in feeds without the clutter but it looks like putting them in alt text doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
