I think the thing that troubles people with the challenge of the game is that they want to play the whole thing in one sitting. But the best approach is to take advantage of sleep consolidation, practice one day, go back the next. Don't sit and play it for long hours. Like I said, good for casuals

Hollow Knight is the same way. I am not very good at video games, but that game definitely improved my skills. What I love though, is that you can usually go and do something else for a while and come back to deal with a challenge when your character is stronger or you have learned to play better.

Brooks is incredible on this subject. He's great on a lot of things really. I've gained a lot watching his videos on Deleuze and Nietzsche and Marx

I realize that 'solar anus' is probably not especially helpful for anyone not familiar with Deleuze, but God damn if it's not a perfect analogy.

Don't buy it on Amazon. They are selling a low quality knockoff for the same price as what you pay for a higher quality copy ALONG WITH the PDF (DRM free) on the Elsevier store site.

This crisis has produced the clearest possible fault lines: students and faculty (the authentic university) on one side, administration and finance capital (with an assist from the security state) on the other.

I had kind of thought that `goth' as an actual subculture had been overtaken by the `goth' as an aesthetic for social media and memes about goth girlfriends. Glad to see there's people still carying the flag ^o^

Always been much more of an industrial guy, but I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Roz Williams, especially his early Christian Death stuff.

Not to mention Black Tape for a Blue Girl. Early Attrition ("Attrition of Reason"---kind of a mix of goth and electro, very cool).
