The upgrade of the rest of the line is still needed, but the planners decided that issue shouldn't hold up the rest of the project and here we are.

IIRC, the Luas green line was built with the expectation that it would eventually be upgraded.

I believe some residents in Ranelagh hated that upgrading at Beechwood would cause Dunville Avenue to be closed (I cannot remember whether it was to be temporary or permanent)

"Even though the document was not listed on the OBR website, journalists - including those at the BBC - were able to access by guessing its URL, which was very similar to one used in a previous official document."

i have a cost-saving idea, which is, bear with me: not to do a big investigation

The sense that all the moments are directly connected and flow from each to the next elevates it and immerses the viewer.

But that's really really hard to do.

Almost all the Marvel movies do it.

But Star Wars doesn't.

You follow the action in what feels like real-time and it has to fit in all the little microplots to keep your interest, build tension and make sense up to this moment

Even The Empire Strikes Back had Luke v Vader intercut with Leia/Chewy/Lando trying to rescue Han and escape.

This jumping around has the advantage that it helps keep the audience's attention and hides inconsistencies or jumps: each cool setup doesn't have to exactly flow from the previous

All action movies these days have a climax that involves multiple separate conflicts occurring simultaneously and inter-cutting between them.

Return of the Jedi had the Ewok battle on the surface, the space battle, and Luke v Vader, each with their own lows and highs, woven together.

A truly extraordinary position by Judge Nolan

Who says he cannot find any culpability

Then goes on to identify the core culpability involved

Significantly over the speed limit & a failure to control your vehicle

If this was an "intentional" act

This would have been murder

When I look back at photos of cities like London shrouded in smog, I think to myself that our children will look back at our information environment and marvel at the pollution we tolerate.
