someone i know who helped produce it but thought it was good too. as stylish as you'd think with chris doyle's cinematography.

having been on foreign resident advisory panels at the prefectural and municipal level, one issue is the inability for national/prefectural/local gov't to coordinate. i don't think top down dictates from tokyo (or where ever the capital is) will be an improvement, though.

guess ishin has shown they're happy to settle for second.
