Kind of a hoser. Likes birds.
This is a picture of a pigeon flying away.

Pigeons have the LOUDEST wings, that clapping they do, y'know, when they take off like FAP FAP FAP FAP.

Some days, you're a paragon of professional competence.

Other days, you're a sore-eyed, dry-nosed little animal, in need of your creature comforts.

I don't still have the text of the tutorial, but this was the image. You wouldn't really need a value study for a drawing like this. (Wouldn't hurt any to do one, especially if you weren't sure what you wanted the finished image to look like and wanted to experiment, but you could do without.)

This is how I look doing the same thing in my forties.

(Not really. There are a couple of other pictures in this series, where I was doing more or less the same thing I did in my twenties, but MUCH more cautiously. But this one is funnier.)

Reskeet with a time you looked cool

In my twenties, I could more or less effortlessly hang in a doorframe. I don't know how cool I looked, but this is how I did it.

Post a bird to support @sbworkersunited.org and warn your followers not to buy Starbucks for the duration of the ULP strike. #Birds

...noisy neighbours.

I've posted this before, but it always cracks me up.

(It's a bad art history joke, about "The Death of Marat.")

I can't remember for sure what this was for. Might've been for a Robert E. Howard fanzine called "The Cimmerian," but it's been such a long time...maybe this was for something else.

I made it a Hairy Batman crossover issue!

This is how I drew birds when I could see better.

I will always miss this.

My eyes are extra-blurry today, but still and all...this isn't the worst bird I've drawn.

BOAR NOT ON THE FLOOR!

(I picked it back up again.)

BOAR ON THE FLOOR!

(My stuffed boar toy fell out of bed.)

If you see this, post something toothy.

(It's my...emotional support possum?)

Ages ago, on Twitter, I drew this potato cat fan art for a comic that was still in development, and which I wanted to read when it was done.

Soon after that, Twitter went to shit. I deleted my account and lost track of the artist.

Does anyone know who it is, and/or what this is from?

Art challenge: Close your eyes, draw two circles, open your eyes, and draw the rest of the fucking owl

The shittier the owl the better.

(I drew this with my right hand to ensure maximum shittiness, then remembered I'm mainly right-handed. It's been so long since I've drawn, I forgot.)

Well...you asked for it.

This is a pet cockatiel I drew a long time ago.

I wish I lived in a place where I could watch cockatiels out my window. The chatter of birds feels loud, but companionable.

Draw a Pokémon with your non-dominant hand...

Ehhh...I started to do this and got as far as its mouth, then it occurred to me, what the hell does a Pokémon look like?

I don't know WHAT this is, but, hey. I tried.

I drew this a long time ago for my friend's Christmas. He likes trolls with big noses, the bigger the better.

I could probably have gone bigger, but that's not a small nose.

Juvenile California/glaucous-winged gull hybrid, forward-facing; loud.

I called this one Noisenberg.

I took this picture in 2016. It shows two song sparrows on a branch, and some red berries.
