Tbc I stopped being polite in therapy (i.e. discovered it was fine to say fuck as much as I wanted) yrs ago but today I was like "wow I think I said fuck more in half a session than I ever have before" & she agreed that it was drastically more f bombs than ever & I feel like that's an accomplishment
