this isn't a derogatory thing. i like all the baddiecore bands except sleep token, and they're far better than the previous generation of octanecore

for those who inevitably will go "wtf is baddiecore??????" it's an internet joke about hot girls with no metal background listening to sleep token, bad omens, and spiritbox. and from there it took off as fast as those bands' careers did. i would nominate BMTH and poppy as baddiecore too

i always say that the best timeline is not bluesky overtaking twitter. it's a general decline of social media usage across the board
