Agree, what I am saying is that it is easy to slip the index in an array to panic in a critical software, this is even mentioned in the Linux keynote of Greg Kroah-Hartman

And lets discuss the all other panicking pattern (array indexing?) as well

We can deprecate .unwrap and use .unwrap_or_else(|| unreachable!()) if it is really needed
