Hard to beat this energy! I love that Zohran is playing the same "authentic" game as Trump, but is actually authentic and seems like a genuinely nice guy.
Good morning! I'm in Uganda to visit family and friends.

But depending on your perspective, don't worry or I'm sorry: I'll be back by the end of the month.

See you soon, NYC.

While he isn’t wrong about how undignified this situation is, I would encourage people to actually read a book or three about Rome instead just projecting what they think onto Rome.

Dems should fight on every front.

If Texas steals 5 seats, Dem states should redistrict 30 GOP members out of their districts.

We should insist DOJ release the entire Epstein File.

Not only shouldn't we bring knives to a gun fight, if they bring pistols, we should bring machine guns.

If your goal as a government is to prevent death rather than enable and accelerate it, it's amazing what you can do.
Helsinki (pop 657,000) has not had a single traffic death during the last twelve months.

I'm interested in your take on SB79. A specific concern I have heard is that SB79 can interact with the bonus density law and suddenly 6 stories can become unlimited. Is this valid?

I'm going to be counter protesting in support of SB79 and need some memetic ammo.

I think abundance is important because so many government agencies are captured by boomers who are simply incapable of imagining a better world (in this case, operating a frequent regional rail network).

And this is in Canada! It’s not just an American issue.

This podcast is pretty much spot on for how a progressive left moves forward: Abundance. Enabling people to build Family, whatever that means to you, at the center of policy outcomes.

American car companies love to market their vehicles with 0-60 times and insane horsepower rates, despite those very metrics accomplishing illegal and deadly acts.

People in mature countries are relaxed on a train, looking out the window, while heading to their destination at breathtaking speeds.

Tired of sky-high infrastructure costs?

Shrink the asphalt, add greenery, and give people more ways to move. It’s cheaper, safer, and your city looks like it cares about people instead of just cars.
