My employer doesn't provide #healthinsurance, and my marketplace premiums are tripling starting Jan. 1: from $6,000 per year to $18,000 per year. So, I will ask for an $18K raise. If no, I will cash out my 634 hrs of vacation, resign and use my time to find myself work with health benefits.
