This definitely needs more scrutiny, given we often hear that testosterone is the most widely abused drug. Obviously there will be pushback stating TRT use differs from usual steroid abuse, but I struggle to see the distinction.

I'm very frustrated by the rise in TRT. Of course testosterone "works". But, generally, in the way any other recreational drug "works". Most people don't have a genuine need, they just want an excuse to take anabolic steroids.
