Trying to help the gang eat cleaner to live better. Not veggie or vegan, just cleaner.
Yes I’ve made lots of Kefir with both raw and pasteurised milks and find the later leads to a creamier product. Now I only use Pasteurised for Kefir and put Raw in coffee - which actually negates the risk as it’s boiling water sort of.

100% agree . Mid life boredom comes alive with the gamble of raw milk, it’s about as exciting as life gets when you live the gut health revolution.

Many folk still buy raw milk - it’s recommended 3 day shelf life but does still cream up like it used to. Much debate on the pros and cons.

Sometimes you read a fess that you wish was true , but folk can try this and make it so. You might be surprised how long food hangs about in your body.

Food, it’s only ever food; when the cat gets fat you a) change the food or b) send them to the gym? Good numbers on HR though, well done.

There is so much to unpack here

To think I just want you to eat more vegetables - some folk have a much harder challenge. (Fruit and plain meat choices are ok too)

220 degrees 55 mins - ideal for baking my Sourdough loaf. Naturally batteries charged, water heated, dishes and washing done but those pictures are less pleasing !

One step at at time becomes one walk becomes 10,000 steps a day. One pice of fruit become 2 becomes 3. One meal a week of fresh veg becomes 2 becomes 3. One glass of Kefir becomes 2 … you get the idea. Live healthy years - your the only one that suffers your typical western lifestyle in the end.

If you don’t want to flip your socket there is this option I suppose. I prefer a flat worktop socket for my food mixer etc but this could also work.

Battery full, now exporting in October! Oven is clean, clothes are washed, dishes are washed, water is hot. Pulled about 14KW from the grid in 2 hrs vs normal 0. Just doing our bit for the grid.

Nature just washed the clothes, dishes and prepared the water for washing the humans later. The batteries will keep natures bounty gifting until sundown

Batteries ready, immersion ready, washer and dishwasher ready , gonna lean the oven . Aiming for 15 free KWh but will update at 3pm

The quality of a ready meal can be judged by its proximity to the bin. Close to the bin - perfect home, close to a dining experience - killer of the gut biome. It’s all in the preservatives.

Rooster and Hen, chicken would be necromancy!

I pray for your gut bugs to survive this conflict, send in some aid trucks in the form of nuts and seeds for the love of humanity.

This is great - and if each stall could have a version of their most popular dish but with no Ultra Processed ingredients, preservatives, emulsifiers or chemicals in general - we could see the bland boring reality of trying to live a clean life and realise how much junk is unavoidable .

Science claims owners of cats or dogs share some of their gut microbes and have superior sets to those without either pet. As the OP has both this is a veiled Opinion and is actually a fess they feel superior as they have an awesome biome - the show offs.

…and full of preservatives and emulsifying chemicals. Oh the joy and smuggery of home baking fermented bread.
