Milipol : des armes illégales promues sur le salon à Paris
La France accueillait cette semaine le salon Milipol, l’un des plus gros événements mondiaux de l’armement. Nos équipes et celles de la Fondation Omega Research Foundation ont obtenu un accès sur place. Elles ont identifié la présence d’armes illégales, exposées par des entreprises chinoises. Nous avons alerté les organisateurs. Les instruments ont été retiré, un stand a été fermé. On fait le point.

Cluster munitions are indiscriminate and so are banned under the Convention on Cluster Munitions. Any use of cluster munitions is incompatible with international humanitarian and human rights law. Cluster munitions have harmed – and killed – civilians for decades.
