My ancestors were poor farmer immigrants from Slovakia and Germany in the 1800s. They never owned slaves, but I still benefit from being a white descendent of white immigrants, and a white person. It's undeniable.
It's hilarious that the same people who claim that their families never owned slaves and their family came here as immigrants get upset when someone posts the truth about America's racist & violent past.
