I think the only 2025 games I bought for it were AI Limit, The First Berzerker Khazan, and Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion. Though I also played some other games on it like Haven, Sable, Sonic X Shadow Generations, Sonic Superstars and Scarlet Nexus

Weird that the game logic was tied to the framerate with this one, the gamecube and wii games were 60 so you'd think they'd have designed it with the possibility of bumping up the framerate. But oh well, it's not really the type of game that needs it.

I think someone may have mentioned it on a previous stream, but Germs: Nerawareta Machi would be a really interesting one to play. Japan-only open world first-person horror game that got a translation patch somewhat recently

Or maybe they don't want to advertise the cross compatibility because it's more profitible for them if people upgrade their switch 1 copies through the eshop instead, so they would rather push people toward that option.

I guess they REALLY don't want people thinking that buying the switch 2 edition will get you the framerate and resolution upgrades when played on a switch 1. This reeks of 'marketing people having the legal team breathing down their necks'

$50 usd seems to be practically the minimum price for proper physical switch 2 releases. When you factor in Nintendo's 30% cut, the $16 for the cart, the cut for the publisher, the cut for retailers, and other manufacturing/distribution costs, you're in the red for anything below $50.

This one I don't mind being a keycard so much since the game is 90gbs anyway. A 64gb cart with a nearly 30gb download wouldn't be much better
