My absolute favorite VS 2026 feature (well, after snappy startup probably). So proud my team implemented it (btw there is more to come, we have just started with Mermaid and markdown).
#VisualStudio Toolbox: Sneak Peek at VS 2026!
In this episode, @JohanSmarius dives into a cool upcoming feature: Mermaid charts. Learn how to:
✔ Create class diagrams by hand
✔ Build sequence diagrams & flowcharts
✔ Use Mermaid charts as living docs

🚀 Feature Idea!

What if #VisualStudio could 💾Auto restore tabs and files upon restarting (even unsaved ones).

The experience would allow developers to close Visual Studio without manually saving files and return to the prior state.
